The grapes are harvested earlier in order to create a lighter mouthfeel with higher acidity. The wines are bottled earlier to capture the purity of fruit and freshness with no added sulpher. The wine is a blend of Orange Muscat 54%, Pinot Gris 26%, and Mourvedre 20%. The wine is bottled unfiltered and no sulphur is added. 920 cases produced. |
