| Description: | Tandem represents a charming change of pace from Delphine's Chardonnay Champagnes while still displaying a polished sensibility. It is comprised of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay mostly (55%) from the 2020 vintage with 45% reserve wine. In the glass one encounters hints of red apples and Queen Anne cherries that carry over to the palate where they are joined with inflections of pear and citrus from the Chardonnay. A keenly balanced, seamlessly crafted, "Goldilocks" Champagne that is both food friendly and party-perfect.
