| Description: | T. Henry Ransom distilled this brandy made from Willamette Valley Pinot Noir grapes in their direct-fire French Alembic pot still back in 2011. The brandy then matured for 11 years in French oak barrels that previously housed Pinot Noir. Only 900 bottles were produced. Amber-hued in the glass, this unique brandy opens with aromas of clover blossom, spiced peach, vetiver, an caramel. On the palate, flavors of toasted hazelnut intermix with allspice and rye bread. |
