| Description: | Winemaker Notes\r\n\r\n\r\nPale yellow color with hints of green. You get on the nose a touch of oak, lots of finesse and minerality with white flowers, lemon and apple scents. On the mouth, the wine is fresh, round and fruity with aromas of melon, kiwi, peaches and apricot and a nice minerality. Overall, the wine is nicely balanced and fresh with a great length.\r\nAbout Jj Vincent\r\nJ.J. Made primarily from grapes sourced from M\u00e2connais vineyards owned by members of Jean-Jacques Vincent\u2019s family, these wines are of extremely high quality and represent remarkable value. Maison J.j. Vincent wines are both lovely and approachable wines for immediate consumption and a great introduction to the Ch\u00e2teau Fuiss\u00e9 range of great wines.\r\nJ.J. Vincent\u2019s Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne is vinified by a m\u00e9thode traditionnelle (traditional method) Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne, which means it is produced with a second fermentation like a classic Champagne. Made from 100% Chardonnay, J.j. Vincent\u2019s Cr\u00e9mant de Bourgogne features fine, persistent bubbles and an appealing freshness on the palate. |
