| Description: | A star in Ribera del Duero, Celeste is an opulent wine brimming with fruit, body and colour: as unique as the night sky in the Ribera del Duero. Dark cherry red with intense garnet highlights. Aromas of black fruit (wild blackberries, blueberries) and delicate toasted notes (coffee) with nicely oak-aged undertones (toasted oak). Serious and warm with very fine, juicy, velvety tannins. Intense blackberry color. Spicy and intense nose, with liquorice and black pepper hints on a base of well ripened fruits (blackberry and cherry). On the palate, very fruity at first with ripened tannins, also persistant and full bodied. |
