Notes of juicy blackcurrant, cedar wood and wild forest strawberries, mixed with delicate nuanced of rosemary and pepper, can be discerned. Beautifully balanced and harmonic, with a silky soft and complex structure. A perfect marriage of international sorts of Cabernet and Merlot with the local Sangiovese wine. A great wine of the Maremma region. Food Pairing: Steak, barbecue, meat dishes, game, mushroom or truffle risotto, ripe mountain cheeses. |
