They may have outdone themselves because we may even prefer this to the mezcals. To produce it, single field Highland agaves that are cooked in traditional brick ovens and bottled at a high proof using deep well water drawn from over 1,500 feet below the surface. The tequila is 100% additive free. The higher proof definitely lends a bolder profile here but one that only serves up the ripe and complex flavors better. Sippable for sure but a revelation in cocktails. Bottled at a still-strength 48% abv.
