Opaque ruby-purple, it has savory aromas of green olives, coffee and tar with a dense core of cassis, plus touches of grilled meats and prosciutto. The full-bodied palate is dense and somewhat blocky with gently chewy tannins and hints of floral perfume on the finish. 250 cases were made. Drink it over the next 3-5 years." |
