Lune Blanche is a blend of 70% Semillon and 30% Sauvignon Blanc from vineyards located within the Sauternes appellation. The wine is aged for an average of 6 months in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks before bottling, yielding a wine of great freshness. Intense aromas of citrus, white peach, and tropical fruit, with hints of honey and white flowers. The nose is matched by fleshy fruit on the palate and a pleasing richness of texture leading to a satisfying finish. |
