| Description: | "Because we believe that Baga is a versatile and a expressive variety, even in the more delicate forms, we selected the grapes from cooler areas of the vineyard to produce a wine in which the key words were freshness and elegance. Thus came the Alis red. Also fermented in lagares with manual treading, but with a shorter aging period. Lighter color, with delicate fruit and fine tannins, fresh acidity and a huge depth. This wine was born of the centenarian Baga vines that were found in Bairrada. It is a limited production of a specific parcel of our vineyard in the Valley of Cadoicos. Crystalline appearance and a fantastic open red ruby color. It reveals the aroma of the iodine and clay minerality of the variety and cherry notes as well as a fine herbaceous and flowery freshness, with silky tannins, hints of fruit, salty and spicy notes and an Atlantic acidity that supports the wine through a very long finish." - Winery Notes.
