Aged on the lees in bottle for 48 months before disgorgement. The time on the lees gives the wine an enticing creamy quality with notes of brioche, sweet lemon, orchard fruits, and toasted nuts. Generous and broad on the palate, with a touch of poached pear on the long, lingering finish. – ABV: 12% |
