The wine opens with fresh herbs and evergreen aromas. The palate displays hints of toasted oak, vibrant acidity, and black raspberries upfront. Layers of baking spices, cocoa, and a hint of dark bitters toward the finish. Food Pairing: red meats, gamr, charcuterie, hard chesse. |
