This wine sees 2 years in french in oak, then up to 4 years in steel to clarify, and then a further 6 years in the bottle at the winery before release. The concentration here is incredible, both on the nose and the palate. Full, rich, dark, earthy fruits, and grip with texture and feeling for days.
