| Description: | Single vineyard Syrah from Mendocino with a very distinct nose of cracked pepper. Not spicy tellicherry, but more of a rainbow peppercorn mix with additional Italian herbs. Dark plums, blackberries, blueberries, sweetgrass, white sage, licorice, and cured meats. The wine possesses medium weight and it's atypical in its absence of the raw meat and chocolate characteristics. A well balanced Syrah with exciting food pairing possibilities. |
