Yannick Rousseau crafts crisp white wine a la his homeland of Gascony, France (land of Armagnac). Drink this as an alternative to Sauvignon Blanc as it has similar bright acidity, melon and orchard fruits and no oak influence. It also steers away from SB's herb & grass character. Great sipper by itself as well as with grilled and fried fish. |
