| Description: | Organically Farmed. This is a 'pure' expression of Cannonau (a type of Garnacha that has evolved here) from central Sardinia, in sandy granitic soils. The bushvines grow on gentle slopes in this hilly area (around 600 meters up), so warm air flows down at night, cooling the vines in this otherwise warm, sunny Mediterranean region. Aged in stainless steel, lightly fined, but unfiltered. ".aromas and flavors of red fruits (wild strawberry particularly), blackberry, and hints of mediterranean herbs.
