This is a full, opulent, big, inviting, and very smooth wine, full of aromas of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry, and black plum, violets, chocolate, coffee, cassis, and black pepper, with an oaky tannic grip. This is a tiny passion project from (literal) rocket scientist Steve Jennings. |
