They call their Ballistic Zinfandel "Paso in a glass" as it is made up of 100% Zinfandel sourced from 27 individual vineyards from the diverse AVAs that Paso has to offer. Ballistic Zinfandel is a full-bodied wine with a rich mouth feel. It is velvety and smooth. Each sip is a discovery of layered flavors. It has jammy raspberry and blackberry flavors, a hint of minerality and earth, as well as a bit of pepper spice on the finish. |
