A unique hybrid base of fresh pressed sugarcane and molasses made in a small, traditional pot stills and bottled by hand. Unsweetened, unfiltered, and made with large cuts made for heads and tails to ensure that only the best of the distillation run sees the inside of the bottle. The Dark Rum is made by blend a small amount of house-made caramel into their White Rum, with quite dramatic effect. |
