It is 75% double-distilled and 25% Faraday distilled, bottled at 50% abv. Tasting Notes:. Nose: Apples and pears with a creaminess incorporating caramel and raisins. Taste: Vanilla and honey sweetness with orchard fruits, marmalade, and lights notes of oaky spice. Finish: A toasted wood dryness with peppery spices. |
