The domaine and its vineyards sit atop a picturesque plateau in the Vaucluse, sheltered by the Dentelles de Montmirail, just above the village of Beaumes-de-Venise. Made from high-altitude vineyards at the southern end of the appellation, this Gigondas has finesse and elegance not often found in the Rhône Valley. This is not your sunbaked, overripe Rhône - the fruit is in perfect balance, and the Syrah in the blend really shows through in the structure. Aged in concrete vats for 8 months.
