It was matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon & Sherry casks. Producer Tasting Note Nose: "Demerara rum, cherry cola, raisin butter, crispy bacon and a hint of hot sauce. Palate: Treacle toffee, pine needles, lemongrass, honeycomb, dry spices, poppy seeds and Oloroso Sherry. Finish: Drying sherry notes mixed with custard creams. Christmas cake with pouring cream." |
