Description: AOC : Haut-Médoc. Grape varieties : 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 4% Petit Verdot. Vineyard size and soil : 32 hectares of vines growing in deep Garonne gravel. Average age of the vines : 30 years. Winemaking : The fruit is harvested by machine at optimal ripeness and screened on a sorting table. The wine is made in coated concrete tanks with temperature regulation. The vatting period, rack, return and pumping over are adapted to the vintage and the characteristics of the fruit. Ageing : 12 months in French oak: 1/3 new, 1/3 one-year-old and 1/3 two-year-old barrels. Taste profile : Complex, subtle bouquet. Lovely mouth feel with fleshy tannins and a persistent finish. Good ageing potential.
