| Description: | Chalk Hill Estate Red is a lovely blend consisting of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Malbec, 15% Petite Verdot and rounded out with Petite Verdot and Merlot which contribute inky color, good structure and a plush finish. Chalk Hill Red is soft and rich with a fragrant bouquet of black cherry, black tea and lavender. Tasting notes show black currants, tobacco leaf, dark chocolate, oak and leather intermingle seamlessly with the supple tannins. |
