Thankfully we are all now able to enjoy it, made in minute quantities in the best vintages. Rich and textural, with a taut line of acid that courses through the very heart of it. This is voluminous and generous, with garden-picked citrus and briny acidity. Perhaps it needs to open up, or flower, as it feels quite closed right now.
