Maceration of skins and must for 12-15 days at a natural, uncontrolled temperature. Periodic pumping over. Racking. Malolactic fermentation. Transfer to 350 lt, 500 lt, 3500 lt and 5000 lt French oak barrels. Maturation period 12 months. A "Ripasso" without "Appassimento". Vintage Notes Winter was regular with a few days of good frost, temperatures below zero are useful for the balance of the agricultural process. The sunny spring with moderate temperatures favoured a perfect development of buds and plants, arrived in summer in full health. The hot summer, but not too dry, gave us hope, because until the end of the season it was a perfect Vintage. On August 23, however, a particularly violent meteorological event, which brought strong winds and hail more or less through all the Verona area, definitely affected the quality of the grapes. In Musella the conditions after the storm remained good, the plants completed the ripening of the grapes and the final result was more than satisfactory.
