| Description: | The Morgon grapes come from 1.2 hectares of 60 plus year old vines from Croix de Chevre in the Grand Gras. This single site shows a little bit of the meatier side of Gamay while still maintaining the elegant house style of Antoine Sunier. Black cherry, plum, Logan berry, and mulberry, with a medium weight on the palate lifted by floral characteristics. Savory, juicy, soft, and lengthy come across in every sip as the wine develops in the glass. |
