| Description: | It has a pale yellow colour with straw-coloured hints. Its aromas include ripe white fruit, such as apple, and a floral touch. There are citrus notes of lemon peel and aniseed notes of fennel. It brings back memories of wheat, butter and brioche. After a while in the glass, ripe aromas of apple pie and marzipan appear. Creaminess on the palate is balanced by the very fine bubbles. Full-bodied and lively at the same time. Aromas of baked apple and pastries return, with hints of toasted nuts, and toffee. Elegant, versatile, creamy and seductive. |
