Manor Hill Brewing Purposefully Rojo

Manor Hill Brewing Purposefully Rojo

Description: This "purposeful pairing" starting as a dark farmhouse ale, but ended its journey as a beer-red wine hybrid after aging in ex-Port French Oak barrels for more than four months. It pours a garnet color, and presents as richly malty and full of jammy dark fruit, plums, strawberry, and dark chocolate. Medium bodied with a slightly sweet finish, its name means "red" in Spanish, a reference to the additions of Carmenere grapes. Cin cin! – ABV: 10%
