| Description: | From a parcel of 0.35ha underneath Premier Cru Les Cailles in the southern portion of Nuits, where two-thirds of the vines were planted in 1937. As with the other village cuvées (except La Justice), this is 30% whole cluster fermented and 20% new wood. The old vines produce a lush black fruit character, with plenty of nuance and power on the palate. |
