| Description: | Mosel Fine Wines - 90 Points The Number # 87 Ayler Kabinett 2020, as it is referred to in the central part of the label, was made from fruit picked at 80 Oechsle from fruit in the village.class hills of Ayl (Scheidterberg, Rauberg, and Sonnenberg) and was fermented down to fully fruity-styled levels of residual sugar (55 g/l). It offers a smoky and rather restrained nose of white flowers, herbs, anise, mint, and ground spices. The wine is surprisingly fruity (pear, peach, apple) and aromatic on the palate. This sweetness is however nicely wrapped into zesty notes in the finish of this lively expression of Kabinett. 2026-2035 90 |
