The Mill Keeper Brand is an homage to their pioneering spirit and the Gamble Familys desire to bring the virtues of their dedication and the resulting agrarian bounty of Napa to consumers in the United States and globally. a blend of 63% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, 15% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec, the wine was aged for 20 months in barrel, of which 40% was new French oak. This Bordeaux-style blend is a stunning expression of the Napa Valley growing region that indulges the senses with its soft tannins, balanced acidity, and full, lengthy finish. Hints of cocoa and barrel spice complement the midpalate of dark fruits. A smooth, rich red blend with medium body and subtle oak influence that pairs with wherever the night may take you. |
