Nvwe Notes: This fine bottling has a creamy-rich, yet zesty nose, where lemon and lime zest and white pepper counterpoint richer scents of guava, honeydew melon, honeysuckle, white peach, brioche, yellow rose and a hint of strawberry. The flavors are rich and lingering and their mix of lemon curd, tangerine sorbet, guava, vanilla wafer, brioche and white pepper finds a surprising harmony. The wine will show its best if paired with baked fish or fowl, especially if richly sauced. |
