The 2015 Champagne Grand Cru Special Club Chouilly Brut is savory in its attack, with tarragon and fresh herbs, lime zest, and saline earth. With its ripeness and rounded feel, it is approachable now. Drink 2022-2034. - Jeb Dunnuck. The 2015 Extra-Brut Spécial Club Chouilly Grand Cru is a very pretty, exotic wine. Tangerine oil, jasmine, lemon peel, mint and white pepper add tons of aromatic flair to this airy, gracious Champagne. There is a sense of transparency to the Chouilly that is quite appealing.
