Matured only in stainless steel, it has a lively Granny Smith apple, pear and leesy bouquet that leaps from the glass. Despite the presence of gas in my samples, there is fine balance here. Fresh pear, Golden Delicious apple, and lemongrass notes develop toward the finish. Great potential." |
