| Description: | Semi carbonic-maceration without SO2, naturally vinified with natural yeast, aged in a combination of 1/3 500 liter neutral demi-muids and 1/3 tank for 7-9 months. This bottling is meant to be the most "ready to drink"; sourced forms the so-called younger 30-60 year-old vines at Grand Pré, it still packs plenty of joie de vivre into each bottle. Juicy notes of bing cherries, potting soil, and crushed flowers lead to an herb-driven finish. Serve chilled. |
