It is sourced from vineyards around the commune of Haux on top of a clay-limestone slope. Farmed using sustainable methods and aged three months on the lees in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Vigneron Damien Chombart believes that sustainable farming is not only stewardship of the land, but also as a way to enhance the life of farmers, communities and society.
