While the house grows the traditional Cava grapes extensively this is a 50/50 blend of Macabeu and Garnatxa. All their wines are brut nature, with the Rosat spending 20-month Sur lie. Strawberries, dried roses, raspberries and chalky acidity. The vibrant fruit adds dimension to the zero dosage. |
