This Sauvignon is a particularly impressive example: ripe peach, nectarine, and apricot, with a round, gripping texture, finished with chamomile tea and dried herb aromas. Serve a little bit warmer with a spinach and feta frittata flavored with mint, dill, oregano, and parsley. Delicious. |
