This is a really quaffable cheninthe candied-pear flavors laced with high-toned florals grab your attention first. Don't linger too long on themthough I'd be happy toor you might pass over the gentle wildflower complexity and salted-lemon lift. Most of the wine underwent its fermentation in tank, with 15 percent going into older neutral French oak. We often say wine is channeling the earththis one exists in the clouds, floating and unencumbered. |
