| Description: | Rarely do you see white wines from the region that is synonymous with peppery Mourvèdre. The blend is heavily based on Clairette with 35% Ugni Blanc and 5% Rolle. A great balance of floral qualities with exotic fruits and creamy texture. Aromas of surrounding vegetation such as thyme, sage and underbrush are unique. A refreshing sleekness sets the wine for a dry finish that shows sunshine ripened acid and length that makes a late appearance. |
