This is Clairette, Grenache Blanc, Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc, Muscat. Aged in neutral barrel, it has a Southern French flavor with a Burgundy texture. Floral, mineral, stone fruits, melon, Asian herb. Acidity gives the wine structure. Lots of savory, earthy flavors on the finish. |
