| Description: | The wine is harvested in mid-October and the grapes are carefully hand-picked. The pressed must is then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 24 days, followed by a malolactic fermentation in large casks for 10 months. Finally, the wine is bottled and aged for one month before release. You will detect hints of raspberries and violets on the nose, with a warm and velvety finish on the palate. This wine perfectly pairs with shellfish served with light sauces, as well as raw or baked fish. It also complements white and delicate meats.
