Compared to the packaging required to put that same wine in 750ml glass bottles, the carbon footprint of the bag-in-box package is 84% less, and the carbon footprint of distributing this lighter, more compact package is 60% less. This is the perfect box to store in your fridge, so it's ready to pour a glass whenever you are ! A blend of 71% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 8% Vermentino, 9% Counoise, and 1% Counoise, the 2023 Patelin de Tablas Rose has a pretty peach color, a touch deeper than most recent vintages. On the nose, vibrant aromatics of fresh nectarine, wild strawberry, and jasmine. The mouth is rich with fruit but dry and bright, with flavors of strawberry tart and salted watermelon, vibrant acids, and a mouth-watering finish with notes of yellow raspberry and rose petals. |
