| Description: | The 2020 Bonnes Blanches Sec is a very pure and seemingly light bodied style which still manages a sense of flesh on the mid-palate. There's an air of power and a hint of attractive bitterness as it moves through the palate. A lemon curd like flavor suffuses the core, and on the finish, it is firm and powerful. This was planted by Emmanuel Ogereau's father in the early 1990s, but was used to make sweet wine until 2017 when they started making both dry and sweet. |
