| Description: | 11th generation grower-producer family in Vertus, at the far south of the Cote des Blancs. Linear and harmonious with flavors of ginger, exotic spice, macadamia nuts, and brioche with a saline finish. Big creamy texture, intense, and amazing value from one of our favorite Champagne producers. Low dosage (5g/l) is softened by partial ML and ageing in both oak (40%) and tank (60%). 48 months on the lees. Gorgeously balanced. |
