This heirloom spring soft white varietal is grown for us by the Cody family in the San Luis Valley. It is also the first Colorado-made wheat whiskey to meet the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. Aromas: Mountain strawberries, orange marmalade, alpine meadow and wildflower honey. Flavors: Jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn. Mash Bill: 100% Soft White Centennial Spring Wheat. Aged: 5+ years in new 53-gallon charred oak barrels. Alc/vol: 50%. |
