Crafted to exemplify an expression of the fruit, this white wine has aromas and flavors of grilled nectarine and white lilies with hints of pineapple and key lime pie. Minerality balances this elegant wine. Pair with butternut squash and ricotta ravioli, seared salmon with farro salad, and roasted chiken with wild mushrooms and herb couscous.
