| Description: | Bordering on an orange wine with a hefty dose of skin-contact from Sauvignon Blanc, Columbard, and the aromatic Muscat grape. Very pleasant and clean with bitter aromas alluding to the palates flavors. Underripe stone fruits such as nectarine and white plum, dried leaves, bitter orange peel and firm honeydew melon are viscous and drying. These grapes seem to be perfect for the extended maceration of this wine. Terrific! |
