| Description: | The grapes come from a small vineyard in Contra Costa that is in the process of converting to organic. This is such an aromatic wine that it could be mistaken as a little bit sweet. Rose petals, quince, coconut shavings, honeysuckle, lemon zest, and white flowers jump out of the glass. Lemon custard pie and baked green apple add to the creamy texture that hints at some sandy loam soil while finishing dry and crisp. Only 2 barrels made. |
